The unit electronically transforms voltage. This eliminates the need for a transformer with an iron core and makes the unit very light. It is also small and convenient to use.
Switch on the unit, select a voltage (0-30 V) and connect your equipment. The voltage is shown in green on the display and the current in red.
You can also set a maximum current strength (0-5A). The selected current strength will not be exceeded, even in the event of a simple short circuit, which protects any equipment connected.
