Pour water into the little cup and place the solar oven out in the sun. Aim the parabolic mirror at the sun to concentrate the rays of the sun on the cup and increase the temperature of the water. The water will boil on a sunny spring day, and on a sunny day in winter the water temperature will easily pass 90 °C.
