Prices
All prices exclude VAT. If you inform us about your VAT-number we will not charge VAT. No invoice-, packing- or insurance charges. Payment in Euro to bank account in Sweden.
Delivery
Freight cost 38 EUR (excl. VAT) for EU-countries (except Denmark, Finland and Sweden). Please note! Freight cost may vary for remote addresses and/or bulky goods, contact us for information.
Delivery time
The goods are delivered to you by DPD within normally 3-6 working days.
Payment conditions
Schools:
- 30 days credit.
Companies:
- 30 days credit after credit report.
- Credit card payment.
Private:
- Credit card payment.
Returns
Full refund within 30 days.
Returns policy
Valid for 30 days. The packaging and product must be undamaged. All items are returned at the customer’s own cost and risk.
Damage to the product or incorrect delivery must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt.
Guarantee
Our guarantee covers everything except obvious violence on the products.
Service
We have got our own workshop where we do all service and repairments of the items we sell.
