A large, solid iron core with 4 different coils.
Used in demonstrations of magnetic fields, induction and transformation.
The four coils have safety inputs and are protected from inquisitive fingers by a transparent plastic casing. One of the coils is connected to the mains in order - for example - to be able to generate a large current in a secondary coil with a small number of windings.
The iron core is fitted with tensioning devices for the I core.
