Clear, fun experiment about heat conduction. Consists of five rods mounted on a centre plate with an insulated handle. The heat is conducted from the centre plate to the paraffin on the rod ends. Depending on the rod's material, the paraffin melts at different times.
Materials: Brass, iron, aluminium, stainless steel and copper.
