A very powerful Van de Graaf generator which creates "lightning" more than 10 cm long.
High quality - spheres made of polished steel.
These electrostatic experiments work even when ambient humidity is high, thanks to a built-in lamp that dries the belt. Creates very high voltage, but at the same so low a current strength as to make this device non-hazardous to use. Discharge rod with insulated handle supplied.
On the top of the sphere are sockets for 4 mm banana jacks for connecting various accessories.
