This card game provides fast and inspiring practice of the
rules for calculating with negative figures.
On the 52 cards are figures between -9 and 9. Give out six cards to every player and place six cards on the table. Using the four rules of arithmetic, combine two of your cards to give a result which is the same as one of the cards on the table. Place your two cards on the card on the table. Next player... The first person to get rid of all their cards is the winner.
