Place the radiometer in sunlight and the windmill will start to spin.
The windmill rotates very easily as the radiometer contains air at low pressure. When the sunlight hits the wings, the black side becomes hotter. Air molecules which strike the black side are then cast away more quickly. The powerful recall makes the windmill spin, with the black sides last. Also works with a strong lamp.
